PeerPixel

Terms of Service

Effective August 24, 2026

PeerPixel is operated by Vectorate LLC in California. By using PeerPixel, you agree to these terms.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for prompts you submit and for how you use generated images. Do not use PeerPixel to violate law, another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.

Prohibited content

You may not request sexualized minors, explicit sexual activity, nonconsensual intimate imagery or sexual deepfakes, sexual violence or coercion, incest, bestiality, or attempts to evade safety controls. Suggestive content may be generated privately but is not eligible for Home. See the Content Policy.

License

You grant PeerPixel a limited, worldwide license to process, moderate, store, and deliver submitted material, and to display images you choose to share publicly. This license exists only to operate, protect, and improve the service.

Distributed computing

Volunteer computers perform generation. The official worker hides prompts and private outputs in its ordinary interface, but inference requires sending prompt and image data to a worker. A modified open-source worker could inspect that data. PeerPixel is not an end-to-end encrypted or confidential generation service.

Compute contributors are independent providers of processing capacity. They are not the author or endorser of assigned content. Contributors must not inspect, retain, republish, or misuse private job content.

Moderation and reports

PeerPixel may make content private, remove it, restrict accounts, preserve evidence, and report apparent illegal activity where required. Submit rights or intimate-image notices through the legal notice form.

Service and liability

The service is provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness, or accuracy. To the extent California law permits, Vectorate LLC and compute contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here excludes a duty or liability that law does not allow us to exclude.

You agree to indemnify Vectorate LLC against claims arising from your unlawful prompts, uploads, or use of generated content, to the extent permitted by law.

Termination and law

We may suspend access for abuse or safety risks. California law governs these terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If one term is unenforceable, the rest remain effective.
