AI images, rendered by people.
PeerPixel is a free, community-powered AI image generator. Instead of relying on a central data center, image requests are rendered by people who volunteer spare capacity on their own graphics cards.
People receive pixels when they contribute computing time and use pixels to create images. New accounts receive pixels to get started, and PeerPixel never asks for a credit card.
Why PeerPixel exists
PeerPixel is an independent side project built by Julius. Its goal is to make high-quality AI image generation accessible to non-technical people while creating a useful, transparent community around shared hardware.
How generation works
You describe an image, optionally choose a visual style, and PeerPixel routes the request to an available contributor. The network reports live progress while the image is generated, checks the result for safety, and returns the finished image to your account.
